Recently no other Malayalam movie has got such a warm welcome as that of Jeethu Joseph’s Drishyam. Now the movie has successfully completed 100 days in Abu Dhabi, becoming the only Indian movie and the second movie after ‘Titanic’ to get this rare opportunity.
Drishyam got released in Abu Dhabi on January 2nd and is still successfully running in the theatre Eldorado there. According to the theatre manger, Drishyam is one of those exceptional movies, which even attracted non-malayalies to the theatres.
Drishyam was a movie which saw one of the best performances of the actor Mohanlal as Georgekutty. The movie revolves around the life of Georgekutty and his family and the crisis they face. Meena, Ansiba, Ester, Kalabhavan Shajon, Asha Sarath and Siddique were the others on lead.
